The following information will be collected when registering and/or placing an order with Bellanude by Sarah Murphy. We will ask you for information such as your name, telephone number, email address, billing address and shipping address. We may also ask you for your body measurements, including height, bust, waist and hip measurements so that we can advise you on the best size to order from or to create a custom order.

What We Do With This Information

All the above is necessary to process and fulfil your order. We will not pass on or sell any of your information to third parties other than your delivery details and phone number to the courier company used to ship your order.

We confirm that any information collected will only be used in accordance with ‘the Data Protection Act 1998’ legislation. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable.
