Orders

By placing an order with Bellanude by Sarah Murphy you are offering to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of you order. This email is not an acceptance of your order just a confirmation we have received it.

A contract between you and Bellanude by Sarah Murphy will not be formed until we send you a confirmation by email that the goods have been dispatched to you. The sale contract is concluded in Fife, Scotland, and in the English language.

The products offered for purchase on www.bellnude.co.uk may be exclusive and made to order items. Please refer to the page of the product you wish to purchase for an estimated delivery time.

Payment

All payments are securely processed through Paypal. Your debit or credit card will be authorised and debited through Paypal when your order is processed. If the issuing institution refuses to authorise payment to us we will not dispatch the goods and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of orders. You can still purchase through PayPal with your card without having a PayPal account.

Pricing

All prices shown on the website are in GBP (£) and accurate at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change prices on our website without prior notification. Occasionally, errors can occur. If there has been an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. On these occasions, you can choose to either cancel your order or reorder it at the correct price

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated on GBP, the actual price charged will be subject to the exchange rate applicable on the day your credit/debit card company processes the transaction.

Delivery & Packaging

Bellanude by Sarah Murphy items may often be available in very limited numbers, made to order or exclusive.
Stock permitting we aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days (Monday- Friday).  Any orders placed during periods of when the studio is closed will not be dispatched until we return.

For made to order items, please allow a longer time. The estimated time for each item is clearly stated on each product page, please consider this carefully before placing your order.
All Bellanude by Sarah Murphy orders are gift wrapped and placed in secure packaging.

Shipping Information

Your order will dispatched using Royal Mail or courier services. At the time of dispatch, you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Bellanude by Sarah Murphy operates Free Shipping on all orders dispatched to a United Kingdom (UK) address. We also offer shipping to Europe, USA and Canada. 

Estimated shipping times are used for guidance only and start from the date of dispatch. Bellanude by Sarah Murphy cannot be responsible for any delays caused by postal delays or custom clearance process. Custom clearance charges may vary, please contact your local custom office for more information.
You will be required to sign for the goods delivered at which point responsibility for the goods will be passed to you.

Liability

Although we have tried to ensure the information on this website is as accurate and complete as possible we cannot guarantee that Bellanude by Sarah Murphy content is error free. The colours displayed on this website are as close to reality as possible but some computers or browser might slightly alter the true colour of the product therefore we cannot be held responsible for the difference of colour that might occur.

We reserve the right to change information, prices, descriptions or any of the content of the website without prior notice to you.

Bellanude by Sarah Murphy will not be liable for any loss, damages that may be suffered by you or a third party as a result of accessing the website. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation, misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
